This Hibiscus Dark and Stormy recipe is just the vibrant burst of tropical sunshine we need! Dark rum, spicy, floral hibiscus ginger beer and fresh lime juice is all it takes!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ - 2 oz dark rum
  • ½ fresh lime juiced
  • 1 can Hibiscus Ginger Beer
  • ice
  • Garnish with Lime wedge and Hibiscus Flower optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add ice to old fashioned or highball glass.
  2. Pour in dark rum, lime juice and top with Hibiscus Ginger Beer.
  3. Garnish with lime wedge and dried hibiscus flower.

Notes

  • MOCKTAIL | Omit rum! Add more ginger beer
  • No Hibiscus Ginger Beer?
  • Add a splash Hibiscus Simple Syrup (a teaspoon or two)
  • Make some Hibiscus Tea and add 1-½ oz of tea concentrate
  • Use a splash of a good Grenadine syrup
