Ingredients
- 3 cups prepared hibiscus tea 700 mL
- ½ cup sugar 100 g
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: edible flowers
Instructions
- Combine: Stir together hibiscus tea, sugar, and a pinch of salt until sugar dissolves.
- Freeze: Pour into molds, leaving a little space at the top for them to expand (optionally drop a few edible flowers into each mold for extra fancy factor). Insert sticks and freeze until hard (at least 4 hours).
- Serve: Run the mold under warm water for a few seconds to loosen them up, then remove from the mold.
