High Protein Dunkaroo Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt I used Fage 2%
  • 1 coop cake batter protein powder (use code EBF for 10% off)
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Tablespoon Rainbow sprinkles
  • graham cracker cookies for serving (I've used Annie's Bunnies and Simple Mills Sweet Thins)

Instructions

  1. Add greek yogurt and protein powder into a bowl and stir until combined. Stir in vanilla extract and then add in your sprinkles.
  2. Serve with small graham crackers or fruit for dipping.

Notes

  • If you use non-fat greek yogurt you will likely need some sort of sweetener like 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup. Cake batter protein powder is highly recommended. If you only have vanilla you may want to add a tiny bit of almond extract and butter extract for more cake flavor.
