Ingredients
- 8 ounces Brie cheese
- 8 ounces manchego cheese thinly sliced
- 6 ounces provolone cheese thinly sliced, smoked
- 6 ounces pepper jack cheese cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 rosemary artisan crackers 6-ounce package
- 1 Lesley Stowe Raincoast Crisps Fig and Olive, 5.3-ounce package
- 10 apple baby
- 1 cup grapes
- ½ cup Cherry
- ½ cup pomegranate arils
- ½ cup pistachio
- 4 figs halved
- 4 rosemary sprigs
Instructions
- Arrange cheeses, crackers, Raincoast Crisps, apples, grapes, cherries, pomegranate, pistachios and figs on platter or wooden cheese board. Garnish with rosemary, if desired.
