Holiday Cheeseboards
An easy, and impressive way to impress your guests this Christmas is making beautiful holiday cheeseboards.

Ingredients
- 1 wheel of brie (200-300g)
- 150-200g gouda, sliced
- variety of jams (we used apricot and strawberry)
- crackers
- 1 baguette made into crostini
- 1/2 cup olives
- 1/2 cup Sante Nuts Chai Almonds
- pickled vegetables
- roasted garlic
- fresh rosemary or thyme for garnish
Instructions
- To make the crostini, preheat the oven to 400F. Using a bread knife, slice the baguette into 1-inch thick slices. Brush the baguette slices with olive oil on one side and place in a single layer on a baking sheet. Toast for 10 minutes total, flipping halfway through. Set aside.
- To make the cheeseboard, start by arranging the two types of cheese on your cheeseboard and then begin to fill in the remaining space with the rest of your ingredients.
- Next place jams around the board in small bowls.
- Add in the crackers and crostini around the board.
- Then fill in with olives and the Sante Nuts chai almonds.
- Finally finish with pickled vegetables and roasted garlic.

Notes
- Not a fan of pickled vegetables? Try adding in some seasonal fruit instead like pears, figs, grapes or citrus.
- If you're looking for a cheese to substitute for brie, try a goat cheese. If you'd like to use something other than gouda, try an old cheddar cheese.
- Other delicious jams you could try are fig, cranberry or blueberry.
