Ingredients
- 50 gms yellow mustard seed 1/2 cup
- 125 ml dry white wine 1/2 cup
- 30 ml apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp
- 3 tsp maple syrup
- ½ to 1 tsp Turmeric ground
- ¼ tsp salt fine sea salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper fresh ground
- 2 water if required, or 3 tbsp
Notes
- This mustard will need some time to “mellow” and “blend” before tasting.
