Ingredients

  • 50 gms yellow mustard seed 1/2 cup
  • 125 ml dry white wine 1/2 cup
  • 30 ml apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp
  • 3 tsp maple syrup
  • ½ to 1 tsp Turmeric ground
  • ¼ tsp salt fine sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper fresh ground
  • 2 water if required, or 3 tbsp

Notes

  • This mustard will need some time to “mellow” and “blend” before tasting.
