Ingredients

Salted Caramel
  • 120 gms sugar 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons
  • 100 gms butter unsalted, 7 tablespoons
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 2 pinches salt
Liqueur
  • 320 gms salted caramel 11 ounces
  • 250 ml cream 1 cup
  • 300 ml milk 1 ¼ cup
  • 65 ml Grain Alcohol or the strongest available, ¼ cup, 95% or 151 proof

  • This liqueur should keep in the fridge for a couple of months, though mine never lasts that long.
