Ingredients
Salted Caramel
- 120 gms sugar 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons
- 100 gms butter unsalted, 7 tablespoons
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 2 pinches salt
Liqueur
- 320 gms salted caramel 11 ounces
- 250 ml cream 1 cup
- 300 ml milk 1 ¼ cup
- 65 ml Grain Alcohol or the strongest available, ¼ cup, 95% or 151 proof

- This liqueur should keep in the fridge for a couple of months, though mine never lasts that long.
