Homemade Avocado Ranch Dressing

This homemade avocado ranch dressing is thick, creamy, full of fresh herbs and better than anything you'll buy at the store!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 of an avocado, peeled and pit removed
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to the bowl of a food processor with the blade attachment or a blender. Purée or blend until smooth scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed. Taste for seasoning and adjust as needed.

Notes

  • If the dressing is too thick for your liking, add 1 tablespoon of water as needed and continue to purée until your desired consistency is reached.
