Homemade Baby Laundry Detergent

This Homemade Baby Laundry Detergent / Homemade Sensitive Laundry Detergent is great for anyone, but is especially nice for those whose skin needs a little extra care.

Servings: 16 oz

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup liquid castile soap (60 ml)
  • 1 cup washing soda (sodium carbonate)
  • 1 cup baking soda

Instructions

  1. Place washing soda in food processor and blend until fine.
  2. Add baking soda and blend briefly to mix.
  3. While the motor is running, drizzle liquid soap into food processor and process until evenly distributed and powdery.
  4. Store in an airtight container.
  5. Use 1 Tablespoon for regular loads or 2 Tablespoons for large loads.

Notes

  • You could also use 1/4 cup of a grated bar of castile soap for this recipe instead of the liquid, if you prefer.
