Homemade Baileys
Homemade Baileys is a creamy Irish whiskey liqueur combining heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate syrup, and vanilla extract. Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 6-8 ounces Irish whiskey , to taste (about 1 cup)
- 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients in a large measuring cup or glass decanter. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until cold. Serve on ice or with coffee for a tasty, boozy, chocolate treat. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
