Homemade Bang Bang Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chili-garlic sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne or use smoked paprika for a milder version
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk together all of the ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use, or serve right away.

Notes

  • Makes about 1 cup of bang bang sauce.
  • Heat Factor: Mild-Medium, though you can spice it up with extra sriracha, spicier chili sauce, hot sauce and/or chili flakes or powders.
