This homemade bang bang sauce is creamy and spicy, perfect for Bang Bang Shrimp or Chicken, French fries, fried or grilled foods, veggies, and more. Ready in minutes!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chili-garlic sauce
- 2 teaspoons Sriracha
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cayenne or use smoked paprika for a milder version
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Whisk together all of the ingredients in a small bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to use, or serve right away.
Notes
- Makes about 1 cup of bang bang sauce.
- Heat Factor: Mild-Medium, though you can spice it up with extra sriracha, spicier chili sauce, hot sauce and/or chili flakes or powders.
