Homemade BBQ Sauce
This Homemade BBQ Sauce blends ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and honey with smoked paprika and Worcestershire sauce to create a tangy, sweet, and smoky sauce. Dry spices like mustard powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper add complexity, while a splash of hot sauce delivers subtle heat. Simmering the ingredients thickens the sauce, ready for basting or dipping, and it can be stored refrigerated or frozen for longer use.
