  • 10 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/8 cup baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1 1/4 cup powdered milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 pound vegetable shortening
