Ingredients

  • ½ C rolled oats
  • ½ C black sesame powder
  • 2 ½ C cold water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 10-20 g rock sugar optional or sweetener of choice

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients into a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, but don't over blend.
  3. Pour the milk through a nut-milk bag/cheesecloth if you prefer a smooth consistency.
