- ½ C rolled oats
- ½ C black sesame powder
- 2 ½ C cold water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 10-20 g rock sugar optional or sweetener of choice
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into a high-powered blender.
- Blend until smooth, but don't over blend.
- Pour the milk through a nut-milk bag/cheesecloth if you prefer a smooth consistency.
