Homemade Blackened Seasoning

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoon chipotle pepper
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

  2. Store in an airtight container until ready to use. It will stay good at room temperature in a dry place for up to a year.
