Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp paprika
  • 2 Tbsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp parsley
  • 2 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper (more or less depending how spicy you want it)
  • 1 Tbsp oregano

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all ingredients together in a small bowl and store in an air tight container.
  2. Use 1/2 Tbsp on your favorite type of protein and enjoy!

Notes

  • This homemade seasoning should last 2-3 years as long as it's stored in a cool, dark place like a pantry.
