Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh sage
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
Homemade Breakfast Sausage Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon herbes de provence
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon sweet paprika

Instructions

  1. Rinse the fresh herbs and remove the thyme leaves from the stems and finely chop the sage.
  2. Combine all the the ingredients in a bowl and mix well, until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Use within 3 days.
