  • 1 tbsp white vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 cup minus one tablespoon milk

  1. Pour one tablespoon of white vinegar or lemon juice into a measuring cup. Add in milk to reach one cup volume. Gently stir then let sit for five minutes. Use as you would buttermilk in recipes.
