Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion

  1. Whisk all of the spices together in a small bowl. Alternatively, you can pour the spices into a small jar and shake it a few times.
  2. Use in your favorite chili recipes and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can store this spice blend in a cool dry place for up to 3 months. We like to keep our mix in an old spice jar.
  • You can add this chili seasoning to ground beef, chili beans, grilled chicken, etc.
  • We like to make a large batch of this spice blend at once since it stores so well.
  • When adding it to ground beef you’ll want to use about 2-3 tablespoons of seasoning per pound of ground beef.
