- ¼ cup water
- 2 large egg
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder unsweetened
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- strawberry sauce for topping, or fresh berries
- Whipped Cream for topping
Instructions
- Add ¾ cup milk, ¼ cup water, 2 large eggs, 1 cup all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, and ¼ cup granulated sugar to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
- Heat a crepe pan or 10-nch pan over medium-high heat. Lightly grease the pan with nonstick cooking spray and add ⅓-½- cup of crepe batter to the center of it. Quickly but carefully tilt the pan around until the batter is evenly distributed over the bottom of the pan.
- Cook for about 1 minute until the bottom is dry and cooked, then flip the crepe and cook for another 30-60 seconds until the second side is cooked through. Remove to a plate and cover with a clean kitchen towel to keep warm. Repeat until all the batter has been used.
