Ingredients
- ½ cup nonpareils
- 1 cup Ghirardelli dark chocolate melting wafers
Instructions
- Pour nonpareils into an 8 or 9-inch baking dish. Set aside.
- Melt chocolate in a glass bowl in the microwave for one minute. Stir until smooth.
- Spoon melted chocolate into a ziploc bag, snip off the corner. Swirl circles of chocolate directly onto the sprinkles. You can make these as big or as little as you prefer.
- Once you've filled the pan, gently move the pan to the refrigerator and set for 15 minutes. When chilled, take each chocolate off the sprinkles, knocking off any small drizzles of chocolate. If you still have more melted chocolate, repeat with the sprinkles in the pan.
Cup of Yum
Notes
- Using Ghirardelli melting wafers means you don't have to worry about tempering your chocolate or adding oils. And they taste delicious too!
- Store candies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
- See blog post for step by step photos on how to make this candy.
