Homemade Creamy Roasted Garlic Dressing

Ingredients

  • 3 heads garlic
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1/3 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400F
  2. Cut off the tops of the garlic bulb, drizzle a bit of olive oil on top, and wrap it up in tin foil. Roast in the oven for 40-60 minutes.
  3. In a blender or food processor, blend together the the cloves of garlic and the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Use a weck jar or mason jar to keep out moisture.

Notes

  • You can also roast garlic in an air fryer if you do not want to turn on the oven just for this dressing!
