Homemade Croutons
These Homemade Croutons combine bread cubes with Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Baking the coated bread cubes creates crunchy, flavorful croutons with a savory twist from the Parmesan. They add a crisp texture and zesty note to salads or soups, and turning the cubes halfway through baking ensures even browning and crispness.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- salt
- black pepper
- 4 cups bread cubes I used gluten-free bread
