Homemade Garlic Bread Recipe – Using Sourdough!

How to use sourdough bread to make amazing garlic bread!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup salted butter really softened
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 loaf sourdough bread sliced into 8-10 slices ( or a baguette)
  • 2 tbsp minced parsley optional, just gives it nice colour

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 350 °F.
  2. Combine the butter, garlic and parsley in a bowl.
  3. Spread over BOTH SIDES of the sourdough bread, then place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 5-7 minutes, then turn on the broiler. Broil for another 3-4 minutes, depending on how crispy you want the bread!
  5. Remove and serve!
