Homemade Garlic Bread Recipe – Using Sourdough!

How to use sourdough bread to make amazing garlic bread!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup salted butter really softened
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 loaf sourdough bread sliced into 8-10 slices ( or a baguette)
- 2 tbsp minced parsley optional, just gives it nice colour

Instructions
- Pre-heat your oven to 350 °F.
- Combine the butter, garlic and parsley in a bowl.
- Spread over BOTH SIDES of the sourdough bread, then place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes, then turn on the broiler. Broil for another 3-4 minutes, depending on how crispy you want the bread!
- Remove and serve!
