Homemade Garlic Knots

Homemade garlic knots are an easy and quick but impressive recipe! Whip these up in no time using premade rolls, or make your own delicious dough!

Ingredients

  • 12 Rhode's Rolls see note
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Let rolls thaw out until soft but still slightly cold.
  2. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  3. Melt butter, garlic, Italian seasoning and salt in a pan.
  4. Roll the dough into 6 inch long ropes.
  5. Loop the ropes into knots.
  6. Place on a lined sheet tray and let rise for 15-20 minutes longer.
  7. Brush with melted butter mixture.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are nicely golden brown and done on the inside.
