Homemade Garlic Knots

Homemade garlic knots are an easy and quick but impressive recipe! Whip these up in no time using premade rolls, or make your own delicious dough!

Ingredients
- 12 Rhode's Rolls see note
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Let rolls thaw out until soft but still slightly cold.
- Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- Melt butter, garlic, Italian seasoning and salt in a pan.
- Roll the dough into 6 inch long ropes.
- Loop the ropes into knots.
- Place on a lined sheet tray and let rise for 15-20 minutes longer.
- Brush with melted butter mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are nicely golden brown and done on the inside.
