Homemade Guacamole

Homemade guacamole is better than anything you'll ever buy in the store

Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe avocadoes
  • 1/4 red onion peeled and very finely diced
  • 1/4 Jalapeño deseeded and finely diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon adobo chili powder
  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro corinader
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice or to taste
  • salt
  • ground black pepper

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Peel avocados, de-stone and scoop the flesh into a bowl and mash them to your desired consistency.
  2. Mix in the onion, adobo chili powder, jalapeno, lime cilantro and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Adjust seasoning and then serve.

Notes

  • Feel free to omit or start with a lot less chilli.
