Homemade guacamole is better than anything you'll ever buy in the store

Ingredients
- 2 large ripe avocadoes
- 1/4 red onion peeled and very finely diced
- 1/4 Jalapeño deseeded and finely diced
- 1/4 teaspoon adobo chili powder
- 2 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro corinader
- 1 tablespoon lime juice or to taste
- salt
- ground black pepper
Instructions
- Peel avocados, de-stone and scoop the flesh into a bowl and mash them to your desired consistency.
- Mix in the onion, adobo chili powder, jalapeno, lime cilantro and salt and pepper to taste.
- Adjust seasoning and then serve.

- Feel free to omit or start with a lot less chilli.
