Ingredients

  • 1 cup juice (grape, apple, pomegranate, etc)
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 2 Tablespoons honey (or Sugar)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine juice, Vital Proteins gelatin, and honey in a small saucepan and cook over medium-low heat until the gelatin is dissolved, about 1 minute.
  2. Remove from heat and using a dropper or glass pouring pitcher, pour into mold(s). Place the mold on a cookie sheet or pan for easy transferring.
  3. Refrigerate for 2 hours to allow the gummies to set. Carefully remove them by running a knife along the edge or pressing them out by pushing on the bottom of the mold. If you want the gummies to remain hard, store in the refrigerator.
