Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef , 85/15
- 1/2 yellow onion , diced
- 1 clove garlic , minced
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- 2 cups elbow macaroni , uncooked
- 3 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 2 cups cheddar cheese , shredded

Instructions
- To a large pot add the ground beef and onion, breaking it apart as it cooks, about 6-8 minutes, until browned.
- Add garlic and stir, cooking until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper, macaroni, and broth to the pan. Stir well to combine.
- Cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes, until macaroni is cooked through and tender.
- Stir in evaporated milk and cheese until melted.
