Homemade Hoisin Sauce

In just minutes you can make your own Homemade Hoisin Sauce and add some delicious sweet, salty from scratch flair to all of your favorite Asian inspired dishes!

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons lite soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon black bean garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 5 prunes chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chinese five spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Add everything to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Store in an airtight container in fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
