Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 hots espresso
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar or more
  • ½ cup oat milk or more
  • 1 cup ice
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • cinnamon optional

Instructions

  1. Prepare your coffee using the method of your choice.
  2. Stir brown sugar into the espresso while still hot to dissolve.
  3. In a mason jar (or cocktail shaker), add the espresso and ice. Close the lid and shake vigorously for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  4. Pour into a tall glass, including the ice. Top up with oat milk and top with vanilla extract and a dash of cinnamon if desired.
