Ingredients
- 2 to 3 hots espresso
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar or more
- ½ cup oat milk or more
- 1 cup ice
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract optional
- cinnamon optional
Instructions
- Prepare your coffee using the method of your choice.
- Stir brown sugar into the espresso while still hot to dissolve.
- In a mason jar (or cocktail shaker), add the espresso and ice. Close the lid and shake vigorously for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Pour into a tall glass, including the ice. Top up with oat milk and top with vanilla extract and a dash of cinnamon if desired.
