Homemade Irish Cream takes less than 5 minutes to make and is so much better than the store-bought kind. Perfect for celebrating St. Patrick’s Day!

Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 2/3 cup Irish whiskey
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee or instant espresso powder
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup OR cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds. Remove to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Shake well before using.
