Ingredients
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil (120 ml)
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar (60 ml)
- 2 tsp honey (10 ml) or sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (15 ml)
- 3 tbsp parmesan freshly grated
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ¾ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- ¼-½ tsp crushed red pepper
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl or jar. Whisk or shake to combine.

Notes
- To Substitute with FRESH Herbs: 1 tsp of dried herbs = 1 tbsp of fresh herbs (diced)
- Storage: Since we are using herbs in our vinaigrette, to safely store your homemade Italian Dressing keep in a sealed glass container in the refrigerator. Use within 3-5 days. For best results remove from the fridge and bring to room temperature for 30 minutes before using. Shake or whisk together if separation occurred.
