Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon finely minced garlic

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir to thoroughly combine.
  2. Let the sauce to rest at least 30 minutes before serving.
