Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons juice from canned oysters
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons light soy sauce
- salt and sugar to taste
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, add water and the juice from canned oysters.
- Bring it to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Cover with a lid and let it simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
- Add both light and dark soy sauce.
- Add salt and sugar to taste.
- Let the mixture simmer for 10 more minutes or until slightly thickened. Let it cool before using it.
