Ingredients
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- ¼ cup water
- ½ cup light corn syrup
- ¼ teaspoon maple flavoring
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the sugar, water and corn syrup.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Boil for 7 minutes or until slightly thickened.
- Remove from the heat; stir in maple flavoring and vanilla.
- Cool for 15 minutes (it will thicken more as it cools).
- Serve over pancakes, waffles or French toast. YUMMY!
