Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Put the vinegar, honey, dry mustard powder, lemon juice, poppy seeds, salt, and pepper into a jar.
  2. Put the lid on and give it a good shake to start dissolving the honey.
  3. Take the top off and add the oil. Shake again.

Notes

  • While you don't NEED to toast you poppy seeds, doing so will enhance their flavor. I suggest doing so on LOW on a skillet. Just don't burn them, as they will taste bitter. Let them cool before adding to the dressing.
