Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Put the vinegar, honey, dry mustard powder, lemon juice, poppy seeds, salt, and pepper into a jar.
- Put the lid on and give it a good shake to start dissolving the honey.
- Take the top off and add the oil. Shake again.
Cup of Yum
Notes
- While you don't NEED to toast you poppy seeds, doing so will enhance their flavor. I suggest doing so on LOW on a skillet. Just don't burn them, as they will taste bitter. Let them cool before adding to the dressing.
