Ingredients

  • 4 teaspoons ground sage
  • 3 teaspoons ground thyme
  • 2 teaspoons ground rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon ground marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper or very finely ground black pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all ingredients in a tightly sealed container.
  2. Store for up to 6 months.

Notes

  • Rosemary: You can make ground rosemary by pulsing dried rosemary in a spice grinder or magic bullet or using a mortar and pestle.
  • Marjoram: You can replace marjoram with oregano, I also pulse it in a spice grinder so it blends better.
  • This recipe makes 3 tablespoons— it can be doubled or tripled to make a larger batch.
