- 4 teaspoons ground sage
- 3 teaspoons ground thyme
- 2 teaspoons ground rosemary
- 1 teaspoon ground marjoram
- 1 teaspoon white pepper or very finely ground black pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions

Cup of Yum
Notes
- Rosemary: You can make ground rosemary by pulsing dried rosemary in a spice grinder or magic bullet or using a mortar and pestle.
- Marjoram: You can replace marjoram with oregano, I also pulse it in a spice grinder so it blends better.
- This recipe makes 3 tablespoons— it can be doubled or tripled to make a larger batch.
