Ingredients

  • 1 ½ Tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1 ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 ½ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ½ teaspoon allspice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Mix all of the spices together in a bowl.
  2. Store in an airtight container for up to a year. I used an old small spice container and this recipe filled it perfectly.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container for up to a year.
  • Allspice is the dried brown berry of the tropical Pimenta dioica tree and tastes like a mixture of cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. If you don’t happen to not have it on hand, you can simply mix ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, ½ teaspoon ground cloves, and a ¼ teaspoon of ground nutmeg to make your own spice blend of allspice flavors.
