Homemade Pumpkin Pie Spice
This Pumpkin Pie Spice is made with ground cinnamon, cloves, ginger, allspice and nutmeg. All the spices that are Fall.

- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- ¾ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¾ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon ground allspice
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- In a small bowl mix together the cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice and cloves. There might be a few tiny lumps in it so you can pass it through a sieve to remove them.
- Place in a small airtight container or jar. Store in a dark cool area and it should keep for up to 3 years.

Notes
- If you want you can leave out the allspice and it will make a simple Pumpkin Spice. Pumpkin pie spice does include allspice in it. You can also tweak the amounts to your preference. The recipe can also be doubled or even tripled.
