Homemade Ranch Dressing

It doesn't get better than homemade ranch dressing to liven up a salad or fresh veggies!

Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice, or more to taste
  • 1 Tbsp snipped chives
  • 1 Tbsp snipped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp snipped dill
  • Salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Put everything into a small food processor, a blender, and blend until smooth. You can use an immersion blender if you prefer. Once everything is smooth you can taste to adjust the amount of lemon, or salt and pepper.
  2. Store the dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
