Ingredients

  • 1 (29 oz) can diced tomatoes undrained
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can stewed tomatoes undrained
  • 6-8 green onions
  • 1 jalapeno pepper remove seeds for less heat
  • 1 cilantro large handful
  • lime juice from 1
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Pulse until you have reached your desired consistency.
  3. Store in the refrigerator.
