Homemade Salsa
It doesn’t get much easier than this Homemade Salsa! 5 minutes is all you need for this salsa that is perfect for dipping or topping your favorite Mexican meals.
Ingredients
- 1 (29 oz) can diced tomatoes undrained
- 1 (14.5 oz) can stewed tomatoes undrained
- 6-8 green onions
- 1 jalapeno pepper remove seeds for less heat
- 1 cilantro large handful
- lime juice from 1
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Pulse until you have reached your desired consistency.
- Store in the refrigerator.
