Ingredients

  • 1 ounce diced tomatoes canned
  • 1 ounce fire-roasted tomatoes with chiles
  • ½ yellow onion , roughly chopped
  • 1 celery roughly chopped, rib
  • 1 jalapeño , with seeds, roughly chopped
  • ½ bunch cilantro fresh leaves with stems
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice fresh
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and process for 30 seconds or until mostly smooth but still with some chunks. Serve with tortilla chips or Mexican food. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

  • This salsa will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
