Homemade Salsa
This homemade salsa recipe is zesty, bright, and flavorful, and comes together in just 5 minutes in the blender!
Ingredients
- 1 ounce diced tomatoes canned
- 1 ounce fire-roasted tomatoes with chiles
- ½ yellow onion , roughly chopped
- 1 celery roughly chopped, rib
- 1 jalapeño , with seeds, roughly chopped
- ½ bunch cilantro fresh leaves with stems
- 3 tablespoons lime juice fresh
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and process for 30 seconds or until mostly smooth but still with some chunks. Serve with tortilla chips or Mexican food. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
Notes
- This salsa will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
