Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon ground achiote or sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon granulated onion
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ½ tablespoon monosodium glutamate (optional) or fine sea salt or kosher salt
  • ½ tablespoon fine sea salt or kosher salt
